Three unique options for a customized team-building experience
Our breadmaking workshops are ideal for physicians and healthcare workers, tech companies, nonprofit boards, religious groups, and more.
Virtual Workshop
The simplicity and flexibility of the Bake & Rest method makes this workshop a great team-building experience for remote teams.
Participants mix up their own dough, then Kendall demonstrates the shaping and baking portion. Participants will be able to shape and bake the dough they mix during the workshop 8-18 hours later.
Material needs: The event host will receive a list of all ingredients and materials ahead of the workshop to prepare their team.
Optional add-on: Have a kit with all required ingredients and tools shipped directly to all US-based teammates for an additional $25 per person.
Investment: $2,000 / 2 hours
Recommended size: 12-50 participants, up to 75 participants allowed for an extra fee
In Person Workshop
The 2 hour in person experience flows at the same pace as the virtual experience. The workshop culminates by enjoying pre-baked bread that Kendall provides.
Participants mix up their own dough, then Kendall demonstrates the shaping and baking portion. Participants will be able to shape and bake the dough they mix during the workshop 8-18 hours later.
Space needs: Table space for all participants and easy access to hand sinks.
Material needs: Kendall provides all ingredients and materials for in-person events.
Investment: $3,000 / 2 hours*

In Person Retreat
During the 4-hour in person experience, all participants have the opportunity to bake a complete loaf of bread from start to finish.
The experience culminates with a final reflection over a meal of soup, salad, and our freshly baked bread.

“Thank you for an extraordinary experience that fed not only our bodies but our souls. The experience of making, baking, and breaking bread together was so uniquely uplifting and contemplative. We will carry your lessons with us as we think about our responsibility to care for the planet and each other.”
– Dr. Shelley Hwang, Mary and Deryl Hart Distinguished Professor of Surgery at Duke University School of Medicine
